President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam stressed the need for a ten year vision for development of Arunachal Pradesh in all spheres, on Tuesday. Addressing various sections of the people here at the Golden Jubiliee Banquet Hall, the President said the prospect of 'a prosperous' and 'beautiful' Arunachal Pradesh of tomorrow depended heavily on a 'vision for the future'.
