The President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, will visit Gulbarga on September 23 to inaugurate a national seminar on "Vision 2020 - Rural India," organised by the Hyderabad Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The President's office had confirmed his acceptance of the invitation from the Chamber.
