Karnataka has urged the Centre to bring out a white paper on all agricultural issues in the country in the implending WTO regime. It has called for at least five corrective steps in the Exim Policy in the interest of farmers who would be facing stiff competition when the quantiative restrictions are lifting in April for the WTO club.
