The international consortium in charge of providing light- water nuclear reactors to North Korea yesterday decided to push ahead with the stalled preliminary work for the $4.6 billion project."The executive board of the Korean Peninsula Energy Development Organization (KEDO) adopted a resolution that it would extend the preliminary work to the middle of January next year,'' said a Seoul official.
