Kerala allows farmers to kill wild boars

Kerala has given conditional permission to farmers to kill wild boars that reportedly destroy crops in several parts of Kerala. For the first time the state has allowed the public to kill a wild animal. Chief minister Oommen Chandy said he had received petitions from farmers,
