The Planning Commission has approved an annual plan outlay of Rs 4,430 crores for 2003-04 for Kerala. This includes the Normal Central Assistance of Rs 508.15 crores, the Additional Central Assistance of Rs 300.18 crores, and an ACA for external aided schemes worth Rs 925 crores.
