Even as the Pooyamkutty Hydroelectric Project continues to hang fire, the road ahead for the Karappara-Kuriyakutty project - the second multi-purpose project promised to Kerala in lieu of the Silent Valley Project - appears to have been almost cleared of the hurdles that have delayed it all this while.
