The Kerala Governor, Sikander Bakht, highlighted the Government's plans for major infrastructure development projects in agriculture, fisheries, transport and communications and other sectors. Addressing the legislative Assembly, he said that the Government was continuing a process of restoration and rebuilding of the State's economy.
