Kerala would get a total of US $ 250 million as loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), mainly to carry out fiscal and administrative reforms, state Finance Minister K Sankaranarayan said on Thursday. The agreement in this regard had been signed by the Union Government and the ADB, he said.
