The Rajasthan Governor, Madan Lal Khurana, unfurled the National Tricolourt at a State-level function marking the 55th Republic Day at Sawai Man Singh Stadium here today. Mr Khurana, in his message, called upon the people to participate in the development process to ensure the emancipation of common men and spelt out the priorities of the new Government in its 100-day plan of action. He said Rajasthan was the first State in the country to have adopted a timeframe for the public welfare programme.
