No CBI probe, says CM : Karnataka Chief Minister J.H. Patel ruled out in the Assembly on Monday a CBI probe into the alleged irregularities in the execution of work at the Upper Krishna Project (UKP). The probe had been favoured by the Estimates Committee of the Karnataka Legislature.
