Kumaramangalam slams anti-hydro power 'lobbies '

The Union Power Minister, Mr P R Kumaramangalam, has hit at international multilateral agencies, NGOs and other "forces" working against hydro power projects in the country and warned that such "lobbies" would be taken on "frontally".
