The lenders to the 520 mw, coal-based Ramagundam power project in Andhra Pradesh (AP) have forwarded the draft of the memorandum of agreement (MoA) to Aptransco, AP's transmission utility. the MoA, vital for the project to achieve financial closure, will be signed by APtransco, the AP government and the lenders led by ICICI shortly.
