A young British Architectural designer Mattew Parkes is developing a building that could collect enough water for its needs in some of the driest places on earth. The principle of the 'fogcatcher' was inspired by an extraordinary insect, living in one of the most parched environments in the world, that catches all the water it needs from fog that drifts off the sea into the coastal dunes.
