The Annual Plan Outlay of Madhya Pradesh for the year 2002-03 was today fixed at Rs 4821 crore which represented a substantial increase of Rs 1191 crores over the last year. Rs 20 crore have been earmarked for infrastructure for Simhastha Fair at Ujjain.
