Even as the national media goes into an orgasmic frenzy over the new potency drug Viagra, media observers have expressed concern that such blatant advertising of wonder drugs might spawn 'desi' unproved version of the American pill with impunity. Cautioning that unchecked advertisement and practice of magic cures might cause grave health-ralated hazards, experts say strict implementaiton of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (objectionable advertisements ) Act, 1954, may help tackle the problem.
