The difference of opinion generated between the Maharashtra State Electricity Board Chairman Mr Vinay Bansal and advocate Shri Hari Aney, senior counsel for Maharashtra State government in the arbitration proceedings in London against Enron, over the filing of a civil suit against Enron in Bombay high court was one of the major reasons for Mr Aney returning brief to the government.
