In keeping with the recommendation of the review committee, headed by Madhav Godbole, the Maharashtra government has decided to make public all documents of its agreement with Enron.The documents related to power purchase agreement and the relevant papers concerning the counter guarantee given by the Centre would be made available at nominal charges, a senior state government official said on Wednesday.
