The Planning Commission pegged the Maharashtra core plan outlay for 2003-04 at Rs 12,050 crore. The decision follows a meeting between the Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Mr K C Pant, and State Chief Minsiter Mr Sushi Kumar Shinde in New Delhi.
