While Dr. Madhav Godbole would like to wind up the panel he heads to renegotiate the deal in the next few days because of the recent Enron decision to pull out of the Dabhol Power Company, the State Government here desires that he should not disband it. That is because the Government would have to negotiate new terms once the ownership of the DPC changes hands.
