Malaysia has been appointed to lead a study to plan a power supply system for rapidly industrialising and developing countries. The task to formulate the system has been given to Tenaga Nasional Berhad by the Paris-based Conference International Des Grands Resaux Electriques A Haute Tension (Cigre) or International Conference on Large Voltage Electric System.
