Marubeni Corp. said it plans to build an array of power generating windmills with a combined capacity of 26,000 kilowatts in southern Japan's Kagoshima Prefecture. The five-billion-yen ($46 million) project is expected to be the country's largest wind-power system, Marubeni said.
