With the first case of dengue being reported from the Capital, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been put on the alert to check the disease. The first case was reported from Mall Road who tested positive for dengue on Tuesday and is recuperating in a private nursing home.The MCD has intensified its survey of aedes mosquito and over 30,000 volunteers of the National Service Scheme are helping the authorities to carry out the health awareness programme.
