Noted environmental activists and leader of National Alliance for People Movements, Ms. Medha Patkar, has demanded that the power purchase agreement (PPA) of the purposed Kannur Power Project promoted by Enron and KPP Nambiar and Assoicates should be made public and that an independent environmental impact assessment should be carried out for the project.
