Various possibilities of tapping the vast hydro potential in the proposed State of Uttarakhand were disussed at a seminar. Inaugurating the seminar, Major General B.C. Khanduri MP called for a concerned effort for tapping the vast untapped energy resource and its proper channelisation for the development of the state and the local population.
