Singapore is the sixth most popular meeting destination in the world, according to the latest survey from the Union des Association Internationles (UAI). It has maintained its coveted position as Asia's number one meetings destination for the 15th consecutive year. In 1997, Singapore hosted 138 conventions and conferences, of which 68 were international meetings.
