The Environment Ministry has called a high-powered meeting to discuss the contentious issues of ownership of resources and benefit sharing that have delayed the finalisation of the Biodiversity Bill.The meeting, scheduled in the first week of August, is to be attended by experts from States, vice-chancellors.
