Union Minister of State for Rural Development Anna Saheb M R Patil on Wednesday pulled up the Meghalaya Government for its non-performance and lack of will to implement major Centrally-sponsored rural development schemes. He resented that even though the Ministry provided Meghalaya with adequate funds, the State Government's performance was dismal.
