The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) in an interim order issued today has made it clear that the power purchases made by Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) from different sources, including the Dabhol Power Project, will be under continuous review throughout the year 2000-2001.
