Albanian minister of Health Leonard Solis played down press reports that Tirana's largest Maternity House is involved in the traffic o f babies' organs . "The babies' scandal is simply an invention of newspapers," Solis told reporters. However, the Minister said there is information about the existence of secret transplantation clinics, which, he added, has nothing to do with the Albanian doctors. Solis said that such accusations cannot be laid against the Tirana Maternity House, as the latter is under strict control following new legislation by Parliament.
