Serious lapses in the construction of Kurumurthy lift irrigation project in Mahbubnagar in Hyderabad have been brought to light recently. The ayacutdars of the projects took up the issue with Major Irrigation Minister Mandava Venkateswara Rao and Minor Irrigation Minister K E Prabhakar when they visited the construction site on Friday.
