The Union minstry for non-conventional energy resources (MNES) has proposed to establish a 140 MW integrated solar combined cycle power (ISCC) project at village Mathania in Jodhpur district in Rajasthan with an estimated cost of Rs 871.74 crore. It has also drawn up a detail plan for harnessing solar energy in the country.
