The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has asked the ministry of finance (MoF) to resolve contentious issues on counter-guarantees being given to fast -track power projects to expedite their financial closures. The ministry of finance has introduced new conditions in the counter-guarantees which have been rejected by the private power developers.
