Contaminated and diluted petrol is being sold to motorists from service stations across Melbourne, State Government tests have found.Poor-quality oil byproducts are being added to petrol or unleaded petrol mixed with leaded petrol to avoid tax. Heating oil is also being added to diesel fuel, according to a series of tests by Consumer and Business Affairs Victoria.
