Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) President Nobuya Minami on Friday told Fukushima Prefecture Gov. Eisaku Sato that a plan to use plutonium-uranium mixed oxide fuel at the power firm's Fukushima No. 1 nuclear reactor from February will be shelved until a review proves the Belgian-processed fuel is safe.
