The Madhya Pradesh Governor, Ramprakash Gupta, today reiterated the commitment of the new Bharatiya Janata Party Government to a decentralised system of governance and emphasised that the alternative system being introduced in place of the district governments would ensure maximum participation of people in governance and timely disposal of cases linked with the common man.
