Chief minister Digvijay Singh on Friday promised to review the ban on private practice by doctors working in government hospitals and medical colleges. The ban was imposed last year. The chief minister told newsmen that a practical review of the implications of the ban would be made soon. He did not specify whether the ban would be withdrawn or tightened.
