It was an embarrassing situation for Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB) officials, when they found themselves in a fix advocating tariff hike proposal before Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPSERC) on the first day of petition hearing regarding objections raised by public and various social organisations in Bhopal.
