The crisis-ridden MP State Electricity Board (MPSEB) is likely to move the Supreme Court to recover Rs 700 crore from the Chhatisgarh government. Talking to reporters here, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said that the Chhatisgarh government set up a state electricity board on November 15 last and had retained a sum of Rs 700 crore with it since then.
