The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC), has passed an order on tariff revision proposal of Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) disallowing purchase of power from Enron sponsored controversial dabhol Power Project, of Rs 309 crore out of annual bill of Rs 1,000 crore.
