The Maharashtra State Electricity Board is pulling out of the 1,444mw, phase II power project of Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Company. MSEB's 30 per cent stake in the second phase of the project will be bought out by the US energy major through one of its Mauritis-based affiliates.
