The Maharashtra State Electricity Board today in a letter to US energy major Enron refuted all allegations made against it by the company. The Enron-promoted Dabhol Power on April 9 had invoked the political force majeure clause.DPC had indicated that it was not in a position to fulfill its contractual obligations to MSEB because of political circumstances beyond its control.
