The Karnataka High Court has admitted a revised leave petition filed by the Nagarjuna Power Corporation Ltd (NPCL) seeking to set aside a State Government order denying clearance for the proposed 1,015 -MW thermal power Project in Mangalore. The case is expected to come up for hearing on June 19.
