On Thursday, Union Petroleum Minister Ram Naik told the Lok Sabha that it would not be possible for the Centre to cater to the growing demand of CNG in Delhi. This is diametrically opposite to what he said 10 days ago after his meeting with Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
