On his maiden visit to New Delhi following Dr Manmohan Singh's coronation as Prime Minister, Orissa Chief Minister Navin Patnaik has two demands topping his agenda, both relating to the State's precarious financial condition. While Mr Patnaik, who flew to the national Capital, is committed to reiterating the demand for Special Category State status to Orissa, he would also be pushing for a special economic package for his cash-strapped State.
