The National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) has projected a real GDP growth rate of 6.2% in case of a normal scenario without the war taking place and between 5.2% in the case of war. According to the study, agricultural output is assumed to grow at 4% incase of a normal scenario and 2% incase of somewhat adverse monsoon situation. Industry is expected to grow by 6.6% in normal conditions and by 5 to 5.5% incase of war.
