Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region (DONER), Tapan Sikdar said the Vajpayee-led Government at the Centre was committed to the speedy development of the region. The enormous potentiality of the state would be tapped through speedy development of air, road, rail and telecommunication connectivity as instructed by Prime Minister, who had directed all the Union ministers to specially look after Arunachal Pradesh.
