The Maharashtra government has decided to form a high-level committee with Central representation to renegotiate the power purchase agreement of Dabhol Power Company. This decision was taken after discussions were held between finance minister Yashwant Sinha and Maharashtra chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh.
