Taking cognizance of the fact that more than 250 million children between five and 14 years have to work wither full time or part time in the developing countries alone, the new draft convention on child labour adopted at the 86th International Labour Conference, which concluded at Geneva on Friday, seeks to address the plight of such victimised children.
