AURANGABAD: In order to nourish and nurture creativity, Deepshikha Foundation - NGO working for green cause organised a workshop to make solar cookers, for students of Onkar School, at Varah Mihir Science Centre in Wajarwadi village in Aurangabad taluka, on Sunday. "The workshop was designed to create awareness in the young minds about alternative energy sources and their application in day to day life and focuses on learning by doing so that the ideas are converted into an action. The children were provided with the material required and were taught the basic science and functioning of the solar cooker," said environmentalist Manisha Chaudhary.
